Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Barrier Pest Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Barrier Pest Solutions provides professional pest control services including but not limited to:

• Residential pest control
• Commercial pest control
• Termite inspection and treatment
• Rodent control and exclusion
• Mosquito control
• Ant and roach control

Service Agreement

When you schedule services with Barrier Pest Solutions, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and pest concerns
• Grant access to the service area at the scheduled time
• Follow any preparation instructions provided by our technicians
• Pay for services as agreed upon in your service quote

Barranteed Service Guarantee

For customers on recurring service plans, we offer our "Barranteed" service guarantee. If pests persist between your scheduled treatments, we will re-service your home at no additional cost. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be current on your service agreement payments
• The pest issue must be within the scope of your service plan
• Re-service requests must be made within 30 days of your last treatment

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring service plans, payment will be automatically processed according to your billing cycle.

Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be subject to service suspension and collection efforts.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee.

For recurring service plans, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Limitation of Liability

Barrier Pest Solutions and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Barrier Pest Solutions and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
